80% recovered and back on the trail

Well Its been a few days since the broken rib and I am getting out tomorrow morning for my first ride back since the crash. We are going to caesar's creek state park here in Ohio. It is pretty technical so it should be a good test of how my recovery is going. Hopefully there will be no major accidents and the rain will hold off. I should be posting some new pics and possible videos. I will keep you all posted.

have fun, but take care of that rib. i speak from experience when i say that ribs can be deceptive and can be a tough heal.

Well it looks like rain will be cancelling the ride tomorrow but I got another ride on Sunday at Scioto State Park. I have never been there before but I am going with a couple of veterans. Weather permitting!! Maybe I will have some pics or a few videos.
