Ride faster to get faster
|
By SkipRatt on 3/3/2009 on SkipRatt's blog I read a lot of articles on training methods to get faster on my bike, but only 1 such article/post rings bells in my ears every time I go out and train/ride. That is to treat every ride or training day as a race, with this in mind I tend to stay clear of boring drills and just pick a loop of vairing miles and ride the bloody thing as fast as I can! Midweek my mileage is around 10-14 and once a week, mostly at the end of. My mileage is around 24-30 but I ride as fast as I can regardless! |
