Brain Head, UT MTB Ride - June 07

Big ride @ Brian Head, UT was on the plans for June 23rd.

Got all prep up for the 12 mile trail but at the last minute decided to ride on a lighter load & left my extra tube, patch kit, & pump since I didn't even used them on the last ride. Of course to make the ride interesting, I got a total of 4 snake bite flats on that trip, 1 flat cause me to crash & tuck n roll over a rock garden. We even had to buy a tube from some rider in the middle of nowhere.

It was fun trying to pedal through the snow patch up top in mid June. I went home & showed my war wounds to my kids. Now they really think I'm cool :-)

In spite that, it was a fun ride & I'll do it all over again, but with a tube, pump & patch kit this time :-)
