Hi to all. I have only been in Utah for aabout a year. I love the mountain biking here. I rode for years but then got stationed in some areas that werent the greatest for mountain biking, but I caught the bug while in Korea and havent lost it again. Always looking for someone to ride with.

I haven't been out on a ride for about four years and i'm looking to get back in to riding. I am new to the fontana area and looking for advice on good local areas to ride.

wanting to upgrade to formula k24s , any input? i currently am running hayes trail strokers.

I don't see a way to insert images in to my blog entry where I want them to go, other than the attach an image deal at the bottom.  My blog entries are usually very photo-rich, and it's a bummer one is not able to freely format images here.  Shame, because the rest of the site it fairly keen, and I was excited about participating.  Will look elsewhere, thanks.

I am in need of help.  I ride a 2006 Giant Anthem.  It came with R7 80Comp forks.  They wont hold air for more than a day.  I have wrote and called Manitou, the manufacturer and was told to go through my dealer.  My local dealer can't seem to get any satisfaction.  I think I need a rebuild kit or seals or something, but I cannot seem to get them.  Anyone able to help?

Hey I just bought a Windsor ghost 6500.. Does anyone now anything about this company? what do you think of thebikes specs. I am new to the game I bought it brand new for 419.00. Do you think its a good deal for my starter bike?

As my first blog entry here, let me do some intro stuff and some safety tips that I jotted down after my friend had a major injury after a fall last week. I am a guy in my mid twenties who loves both road and off-road biking.
I own around five mountain bikes mostly kona and merlin makes. The
