Interesting new sweat disperser by Sweat GUTR

By walker on 5/31/2007 on walker's blog
How cool... No more sweat...

Ever sweat like a pig in the Alabama sun with a wool sweater on and no popsicle to cool you off? Yes? Then, you need the Sweat GUTR. This heady little headband makes the use of a small gutter (GUTR) that allows sweat to drip off your forhead an onto the ground, where it belongs! Kind of reminds me of gutters on my house when it rains, except for those damn leaves that block the running rain water - stupid leaves!

Jake Rubelt, Senior Coach with Carmichael Training Systems (CTS) finished 2nd in the Leadville 100 MTB race this past year and specifically selected the Sweat GUTR sweatband for the race. MTB teams in Spain are using the GUTR as well as MTB, Road and Track teams in Australia and in the USA. If you are a sweater it could be the best $16 you ever spent! Since it is the only sweatband NOT made of cloth it is alos the only sweatband that will never saturate. Available online and at local bike shops around the country.

That's good info. I HATE when sweat pours all over my sunglasses and I can't see. Actually, it is kind of dangerous if you're going downhill and there is a glare. Great idea!
