Yes, that's a nice idea. We'll noodle on it and see if we can figure out how to implement it. And it'd be great if folks make suggestions on how this might look.

It could be as simple as us creating a Swap Shop forum, but perhaps there are some other ways to do this. (Right now we don't have a simple way to upload photos when someone replies to a forum post; but you can post a photo easily with an original forum post. To do this, we'll need to add photo upload to replies. That's in the development queue.)

www.rockclimbing.com has the best setup that I've ever seen. There, you could sell your gear, as well as swap. It's a great service, because it gives peole the opportunity to pass their gear along to someone within the community.
