By walker on 4/4/2008 on walker's blog How many mountain biking videos have you watched where the music is dope fresh and from the hip hop era??? A lot, I'm sure! As for me, I love this music! I also like the rock/rage music. The Silverton Mountain video and the music encompasses just about all of it: the music, the pics and the love. |

My Commentary On Music In MTB Videos

By Scotts Mom on 9/9/2007 on Scotts Mom's blog Scott Tedro is my son. He won first place in his class-beginner Level 40-49 in the National Bike Chanpionships in Cross Country. I looked at his picture taken just after the race (Nothing Left by Tim Carpenter) and decided that mountain biking must be the most wonderful thing in the world if you can be that spent, tired, and dirty and want to do it again. Is there a class for old ladies? |

No hiding at Castaic
|
I just finished repairing most of the damage from the XC race at Castaic today. Fixing the bike was fairly easy but fixing my conditioning (both physical and mental) is going to take a while.

Yay! I got my new bike
|
By MikeG on 12/28/2006 on MikeG's blog Today I picked up the bike I've been wanting to get for a while. My wife didn't want that debt hanging over our heads, so she suggested I just pay it off and pick it up. Welll...OK! I wasn't planning on picking it up until spring, just so would't be tempted to ride it in less than gentle, dry conditions. I have to baby it for a little while! It's an '05 Giant XTC. Holy Crap is it ever light! I had forgotten how light it was until I picked it up again. I took it home, put on a new computer, adjusted the pedals (clip-less) for my shoes to click in just right, and went for a ride around my house. I also weighed it, and found it to be only 26.8 pounds. |
