Correspondents wanted to ride and report for 24 hours! Free entry fee

Here's a sweet deal for anyone wanting to ride in any of Granny Gear Productions' 24 hour races this year:

Granny and YourMTB.com are seeking 3 "YourMTB correspondents" for each race in the series to take photos and/or shoot video and write some words about their 24 hour experiences.

The reward: Each of our correspondents will get free entry into the race ($140 value) for any amateur classes.

(Granny will comp your portion of the team fee or refund your portion if you are already registered and you are selected.)

Granny Gear's remaining races this year are:

• 24 Hours of Conyers (Georgia) - May 19-20
• 24 Hours of Big Bear (W. Virginia) - June 9-10
• 24 Hours of Killington (Vermont) - July 28-29
• 24 Hours of Landahl (Missouri) - Sept. 22-23
• 24 Hours of Moab (Utah) - Oct. 13-14

We're looking for 3 correspondents for each race.

Does this mean we're looking for professional journalists who race? NO!! We're looking for enthusiasm and a willingness on your part to share the excitement of a Granny Gear 24 hour race with the YourMTB.com community.

It'd be great if you're proficient with a digital camera and/or video camera.

If you'd like to be considered as 1 of the 3 YourMTB correspondents for any of Granny's races, just fill out this form (and select any of the 24 hour races). Application deadline varies for each race. (Applying does not guarantee you'll be selected.)

New program

This "YourMTB correspondent" program is something brand new here. We're working on getting lots of mountain biking event and race organizers to donate entry fees to their events, so we can send you to cover the events.
