According to Dr. Joan Timmerman, a director at St. Mary’s Weight Management Center, the color of the foods you choose can have a powerful impact on your overall health. She states that a diet which includes colorful fruits and vegetables is also rich in antioxidants.

It's Ladies First with the Novara Bliss 2.0

Novara has recently added the 2.0 to it's roster, doubling it's line of affordably-priced full-suspension bikes for the "dirt divas" out there.

With a street price just under $1,200, the Bliss 2.0 improves on the 1.0 model, with the addition of Avid's BB-7 mechanical disc brakes.

There's also a better fork, and reduced weight do to CNC-machined link plates.
