About the hydrapack

hi!I`ve seen last month that the hydrapack prize was given to me(the Dark ages are coming picture was posted by me).But I haven`t recived it yet.Please tell me if you can`t send the hydrapack to Central Europe(ROMANIA).I will understand if you can`t deliver it.
