Coil shock

Ok, I would love to put a coil shock on My nomad. i dnt really under stant the measurments and stuff for a coil shock, so could u guys pleaz give mea couple linkes to a coil shock that would work on a nomad. i would prefere 5th element, fox dhx, or manitou swinger. THANKS
