Great Trails in and around Concord NH |
MTSLAYER50 says:
First off, I want to explain the trails that are near and dear to my heart. The trails that come ot mind are the trails in walker state forest. Walker state forest is know by the locals (like myself) as C.O.P.A for Concord Orthopedics and pediatratics because the trail system lies directly behind its parking lot. The trails consist of extremely technical (i mean baby head rock EVERYWHERE) trails that span a 3 or 4 square mile section of woods. Most of the trails are singletrack but ther are a few nice downhill runs that will jar your bones. The main set or trails can be described by expert riders as (amazing) but to most recreational riders it is unrideable. This would not be the place to take your girlfriend biking but rather a place to take the hotshot, good at everything jock at school and royally destroy his self esteem. These trails are great but they are also very frustrating. If you ever ride ther you will know exactly what i mean. If anyone needs directions to a good place to park..let me know because i would be happy to tell you or give you a guided tour if i am available when you want to ride. |
