Well I don't know in Panama but here in Costa Rica you will have more than enough to enjoy, we're a little country with beaches, mountains and a lot of rides are organized every week by differents groups. Now we're in winter time until november aprox.(lot of mud but nice) from dec. to may we're in summer time (some dust and high temp. but nice too.) In december the price of the hotels are a little higher than normal, but if you program your trip with time I'm sure you will enjoy. Keep in touch, ok.

Hi Really I don´t know about Panama but here in Costa Rica you can find whatever you are looking for, there is a lot of MTB goups that organize rides every weekend so will be really easy prepare a good trip for you. You´re welcome here , just keep in touch. Bye
