Music Play Lists

For those of us that have an Ipod or subscribe to Itunes, you may have seen this feature at the Itunes store. It’s called celebrity play list. It’s where they interview movie stars, famous people or bands to see what’s on their Ipods and why (boring). I’d like to know what’s in MTB Members play lists that motivates them when their riding. Here is five of mine.

5. Ministry – Burning inside. When climbing and I want to quit, this song pushes me to go farther.
4. Limp Bizkit – Break Stuff. Thrashing switchbacks and turns never felt better.
3. Mudvayne – Dig. Another uphill motivator.
2. Tool – Aenema This is a good “getting ready to ride song.â€
1. The Distillery – Bang your Mullet. Put this song on a repeat loop as you scream downhill. It’ll be an experience you never forget.

1. Rise Against - Everchganging (from ROAM)
2. The Explosion - Here I AM
3. Dropkick Murphys - Sunshine Highway
4. Agent 51- Raised By Wolves

Anything loud and fast when I am riding is good.

Killswitch Engage. I think I could climb a wall with that blaring into my head.

Funny note about MP3 players: Last year I started a new job as a welder in a factory. After a few weeks, I got bored welding all day, so I started wearing my MP3 player. It's been over a year now, and 50 out of about 90 other employees have mp3 players at work now! I started riding my bike to work this year, I wonder if anyone else will be riding to work next year!
