Nexus 7 Internal Hub, add coaster

I have a bike with a Nexus 7 internal hub
w/o coaster brake. Can I add a coaster brake to this, if so, how? Or,
if not, what are some V brake suggestions for winter riding? Advice is
greatly appreciated!
