Posting in Introduce Yourself thread

Why can't I post here?

"Introduce Yourself" doesn't show up in the Forums drop down box when I am trying to submit a forum topic.

Rico: "Introduce Yourself" is one of the forums you'll see as a link on the main Forums page. It's here:

I know that. I can get to that section of the forums, but can't figure out how to post a new topic in that forum.

I have clicked on "Submit a topic forum" and all the other forums are listed on the drop down menu, but "Introduce yourself" is not.
