Santa Cruz Blur XC rear suspension linkage play.

Hi everybody. I have an 06 Santa Cruz Blur Xc which has developed about 3mm of play in the rear suspension when you pick it up by the the seat post.I've stripped the bearings down but when refitted still the same play. Has anybody else had this problem and how have you fixed it thanks.
