Wood, Gaps and Berms

SO... where is there any place in California that has all those cool woodwork plank runs and gaps like you see in British Columbia and Washington State?
I think I read about a place in Oregon called Black Rock and Eagle Mountain on the North Shore... maybe in B.C. ... vancouver?

well all those wood planks and gaps and stuff is called North Shore, from where it originated from. The North Shore Mountians in BC
