Anyway, we were remiss in awarding prizes for best blog, best photo and best video from the 24 Hours of Moab race back in October. I'm back, folks, and with a special guest. Metro Williams joins me on this podcast and tells all about his experience on Team IMBA. Williams participated in the 24 Hours of Moab in October. However, instead of just paying an entry fee, Williams raised money on behalf of IMBA and got to hang with other fundraising-cycling-addicts during the race. |

Hindsight is 20/20
I got an email today from Nigel, my 24 Hours of Moab teammate. He spent some time looking at the times of our laps and noticed that our team, which finished 2nd in the Clydesdale category, managed to only loose an average of 1 minute per lap on the first place team. Our team did 16 laps. If you are math savvy and have been paying attention, that means my team came in 16 minutes behind 1st place. Four of those laps were ridden by me... That means I'm responsible for at least four of those minutes. |

Support Is Your Fifth Teammate
It has already been nearly a week since the 24 Hours of Moab and I feel as through there is so much more to blog about it. The race may be over, but the spirit still remains. And with that thought I'll keep rambling on about my experience there. I have heard from others that "Support is your fifth teammate." I cannot agree with that enough. |
