'Gosh mister...' wins best anti-gravity photo contest

Gosh mister, I wish I could fly like that

Congratulations to Paul Sveda, who's won our "best anti-gravity photo" contest with the wonderful image, "Gosh mister, I wish I could fly like that."

This is a great shot of one of Paul's buddies flying in Burlington, Ontario (Canada), as two boys trailside watch in awe. In the caption, he writes, "Trevor hits a small lip to catch some decent air and brush the side of my head with the rear derailer on touch down."

Paul wins a GravityDropper adjustable seatpost.

Note: This contest has been closed. The winner is 970biking for the video Road34 DJ Jam '06. More details here.

THE CONTEST: You can now add mountain biking VIDEOS to YourMTB.com! So, let's see your best. ... Submit your hottest original action video clip before the deadline. We'll select the best entry and send the winner a GravityDropper seatpost ($250 value).

THE PRIZE: The GravityDropper is perhaps the best mountain biking gadget currently on the market! With the simple flick of a switch on your handlebars, lower or raise your seat up to 4 inches. Brilliant! Great for transitions from steep downhills (seat should be down) to uphills (seat up for greatest pedaling efficiency).

RULES: You must be at least 13 years old to be eligible for the prize. Your physical address must be included in your YourMTB.com user profile (otherwise we won't be able to ship it to you!). Photo must belong to you and be original. Judges' selection of the winner is final. Please review our official contest rules.

HOW TO ENTER: Submit your best video and select the "Action" category. We'll pick out the winner from among videos posted to the Action category by July 7, 2006.

(Note: If you're not yet registered to submit content to YourMTB.com, you'll need to register first. It's fast, painless, and you'll get a free "Eat. Sleep. Mountain Bike." bumper sticker for the bother.)
