The background is Moab from the top of Amasaback. The foreground is my skinned shins. Took a beating on a few trails that I said, "I probably won't need my shin pads on this trail." Of course something happens.

Took a digger on a jump. Got a face full of dirt and cut myself up a little. I bought a fullface helmet the next day!

Fell off a picnic table and faceplanted into a wooden walkway without a helmet...learned my lesson the hard way. Broken nose, fractured maxilla, lost 2 teeth, & got a bad concussion. Always wear a helmet!
