Here's my question for all to answer. What is the best spot for that pre-ride fill up? You know, you've linked up with your buds at around 7:00 AM...where do you go for a quick bite before you hit the trails?

I can't barbque a hamburger. I've tried so many times. Either they turn out gooey pink or grayish hard. Any word of advice for a neophyte cook?
