introduction

Hello from Illinois

By rcwindell on 12/7/2007

Just introducing myself here. I've only been into MTBing for about 6 months now.  Growing up I rode my little 20" BMX ever where and over and off of many things.  Didn't live anywhere where I could race, etc but riding was part of my life.

Hey well I am new here so I am going to introduce myself.

First off I found out about this site from the pinkbike.com discussion forum about your free stickers!

It seems like a great site and forum. I have been biking for a little over 3 years, I'm getting into DH/Freeride this season and I ride a 2005 Specialized Bighit FSR and it is great!

I'm located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada

So yea, thats basically all about me.

Hi,
I am from the Philippines. I came upon this site when I was searching the internet for topics to include in my blog. I bike to work daily, which serves two purposes for me: a free ride to work and my daily exercise. In my blog, I write about my experiences while biking to work and some trail rides. I hope you can visit my blog and leave some comments there. Thanks.

24 Hours at Big Bear Intro

Greetings everyone. I was recently chosen to be a participant/correspondent for YourMTB.com at the 24 Hours of Big Bear. This is my second Big Bear race having been in it last year and placing 2nd with my team, Axel Folly and the Mullets. No, I am not a professional MTB racer. The reason we placed second was there were only 2 teams in our division. I just don't tell alot of people that when I invoke my bragging rights. In reality, my team and I are in a 24 hour ride, everyone else is in a 24 hour race. We do not have delusions of grandeur. We know our limitations, yield the trail to faster riders and enjoy our time with the mountain bike tribe.

Hello from Vancouver, WA

Hi!

I live in Vancouver, Washington (just north of Portland, Oregon). I enjoy mountain biking, but don't go nearly as often as I'd like partly because I don't always know where to go. I've love to hear from other locals what trails they've been on and which ones they like the most.
