Lava Legs

Lava Legs

This lovely set of biker-chick summer legs was the result of one endo on lava. Yeah ... it's really called "improper line selection." I knew I was picked wrong the minute I did it, but had to ride it out to see if I could pull out of it. Picked myself (and my bike) up, hiked back up the hill, and picked the right line coming down on the re-do. Wooo-hoo! Summer is here! With legs like this, no wonder I can't keep a boyfriend - LOL!

Ape Cave Trail, Mt St Helens, WA

Ape Cave Trail, Mt St Helens, WA

Ape Creek Trail around Mt. St. Helens, WA. Did this trail on Memorial Day - Fun riding up there. I will be riding that a lot this summer. I put my bike in the background for an elevation/declination point of reference, but it didn't work very well. It was fairly steep going up, but made for some good fun coming down.
