Manitou Swinger 3-way

Tech question for Manitou Swinger 3-way Shock

Hello all,
I recently purchased a 2005 Jamis Dakar XLT frame and shock from Jensonusa.com to build up a bike for my wife. Everything seemed to come together very well with the exception of the rear shock. Its a Manitou Swinger 3-way and the main chamber (black valve) leaks air and will deflate in a few hours while just sitting in the garage. The red SPV valve seems to hold air just fine. I have an e-mail in to Manitou asking for help but I thought I would see if anyone out there has had similar problems and any possible solutions. Thanks
Mike
