Gosh mister, I wish I could fly like that.

Gosh mister, I wish I could fly like that.

Down at the claypits in Burlington, ON, Trevor hits a small lip to catch some decent air and brush the side of my head with the rear derailer on touch down.

What do the pros do?

By walker on 4/15/2006 on walker's blog

Are you curious what the pros do? Have you ever wondered what they eat, or don’t eat, to get so fast? Occasionally, I want to know what they do during the long days of summer. I am curious about their training and their gear, because they get the best – for free. Well, the Internet can provide you just about anything you’d want to know.

Let’s start with Todd Wells. He’s got some great posts on golf, Mexican food and training. What’s funny about Todd’s site is that you can read that he doesn’t train that much, yet he is so fast!

Another site I like to visit is Tom Danielson’s. He’s a Durango, Colorado, hometown hero – Discovery Channel rider.
