Ever Ride With A Mountain Biker That Intimidated You?

By walker on 2/21/2008 on walker's blog

I'm talking about the power of performance, well, I guess more appropriately; the power of someone who can perform better than you! Well, guess what? That's a good thing; no a great thing!

Remember when you were a youngster. It was always seemed to be true that the class bully, was also the best at kickball, or the best athlete. Of course, a year later, you're killin' the bully in the 50-yard dash, because you grew up some. However, move another 15 years on the age dial and you're back to being intimidated by someone who is better at you; but at something else.

Did I tell you guys about the mining towns in Puerto Vallarta.

Puerto Vallarta. is surrounded by the Sierra Madre Mtns.
I been on them for 15 years..! I still surprise how wonder-full they are.
Last Saturday We did a bike ride with our group....We went to"Cuale" old mining town.
The main mine is at 6'000 ft. aprox. climbing there.....is really cool.....!!
I told my wife is my Yoga class.
Cuale is based on a small, very small valley in the Sierra Madre. You can hardly see the Church through the pine threes.
Is like going to the past....300 years ago....There is still some people living there.....very,very authentic people.
