Are all sports movies the same?

You are inside, because it is cold outside. This means you are in the movie zone! You are probably on your spin bike or your stationary bike or on the couch eating god knows what. It is winter and that means MOVIES!

But, what kind of movies?

What kind of movie will keep you interested in your pedaling, or your couch potatoe-ing. I certainly can't fail to mention that Thanksgiving is around the corner, which means mandatory nap time.

Team cohesion equals better epic riding

Have you been part of a team? When was the last time you put your needs second so that the team could win? I'm not necessarily referring to a race or a game, I'm talking about helping your friend out on a epic ride. Or, holding back on the gas so you can teach your friend how to ride up the most challenging hill in your local trail system. Whatever the case, did you experience something when you assisted your, well, teammate?

This morning I was wandering about the Internet and I came across an interesting article by Karlene Sugarman, M.A.. In this article, she goes into detail about team cohesion. She says that a good team should concentrate on four things for proper team cohesion:
