Your roadie friends need a sticker slogan

By Steve Outing on 2/13/2007 on Steve Outing's blog You're going to think I'm crazy, but I'm looking for some help for YourMTB.com's new sister site, YourCycling.com. ... Here's the deal: We're trying to come up with a good bumper sticker slogan for the roadies. YourMTB.com has the "Eat. Sleep. Mountain Bike." stickers. What should YourCycling.com's sticker slogan be? Who better to ask than MTBers?! :) What should the roadies' sticker say? We like zany, so feel free to get creative -- or even rude and insulting if that's the mood that strikes you (though that probably won't get used!). If you submit the winning suggestion, we'll send you a stack of stickers and a YourMTB t-shirt. What say you to your road brothers and sisters? |

By Steve Outing on 2/12/2007 on Steve Outing's blog We've sent out a LOT of "Eat. Sleep. Mountain Bike." bumper stickers. (And there's still a backlog of a hundred orders. We're trying to get those out asap.) And we've sent out a smaller number of YourMTB.com t-shirts. We thought, wouldn't it be cool to see what folks have done with the stickers?! And where the YourMTB t-shirts have been? So, we've created a new "Your YourMTB stickers & shirts" photo gallery. Post some pics there of your YourMTB stickers and t-shirts in interesting places. We'll be awarding periodic prizes for the most creative ones. (But please, don't stick the stickers on public property that could get you in trouble, not to mention damage the community's reputation. Thanks.) |
