Forks

Hi Walker-

I have been out of the suspension game for a long time, but I miss some of those rides that are only fun with a fork. So I may be in the market for one. Here's my spec:

1. Less than $400
2. Lockout
3. Durable (i.e. does not fall apart or require warranty service after a season or two)
4. Maintainable (i.e. I can change its oil and seals myself, and that's all it takes)

Those are the things that matter to me. I don't care if the lockout is remote (prefer not, actually). I don't care how much it weighs. I don't care if it has 80 or 100mm of travel. I don't care if the travel is adjustable. I don't care what color it is. I don't care if it doesn't feel like I'm riding on a dream cloud made of whipped cream and foam rubber, as long as the fork is squishier than steel and tough as nails.
