By walker on 5/26/2007 on walker's blog The YOURMTB.COM gods, OK, Steve has helped me create my own top 10 page of trails for the moment. Why not all time, you ask? Well, can this REALLY be done? I had to rack my brain to come up with only 10. I tried to be as varied as possible, so please take a look and let me know what you think: http://www.yourmtb.com/walkers_top_10_trails_at_this_moment. By the way, hitting the Chile Challenge race in Angel Fire, New Mexico. Be sure to cheer for me -- look for the guy who's obviously WAAAAAAY overtrained! |

YO
![]() By walker on 4/13/2006 My name is Walker Thompson. I'm sure you'll be hearing a lot from me over the coming months and years. Currently, I live in Durango, Colorado. I do nothing else but think about banana bread with honey on top of it - well, currently that is my favorite breakfast food. On top of such massive cerebral thought processes, I also race my mountain bike furiously on recreational bike paths. No, really, I am an agro-manic on those bike paths. When I see a pedestrian with a cute little Jack Russel Terrier, I consider them another racer and I attack! OK, all joking aside, really I invented the dry erase board. You see, it was a stroke of genius. I was busy, in an turkish grammar school for ninjas, dusting the chalk erasers during detention when I turned to my detention friend and said "hey, what if the erasers were already dry?" The rest, as you write with it during office presentations, is history. Well, OK, that's not really true either - I didn't say it exactly like that. |
