To post a mountain biking related video to YourMTB.com using Yahoo Video, follow these simple instructions:
- (Skip this step if you already have a Yahoo Video account.) Sign up for a free account with Yahoo Video.
- Click on the "Submit Your Video" button in the upper right portion of the main Yahoo Video page.
- Follow Yahoo Video's instructions for labeling and uploading your video. (NOTE: Yahoo Video may take a while to verify and post your video.)
- When Yahoo Video has finished uploading, you'll be in the "My Studio" area, where you should see a listing for your video. Click on the link to go to your video's page. (It could take a while for Yahoo Video to finish processing your video and this link to be visible.)

- On your video's page, look beneath the video window for "Add to My Site"; copy the "embed code" found inside the box.
- With the code copied, go to the YourMTB.com video upload page, where you'll paste in the code.
