Favorite Thing about Mountain Biking

I'm not a Mountain Biker(I'm a desert trail rider, there's a big difference!)lol ;) I like the work-out I get and riding is a good rest day activity when I'm not rock climbing.

Favorite MTB Destination

The trails in my back yard. I'm lucky enough to live very close to tons of single track.

Where I've Been

The Slick Rock trail in Moab several times, The White Rim trail in Canyonlands, the Rainbow Rim trail on the Grand Canyon, the Bunker Creek trail on Cedar Mountain, the Thunder Mountain trail near Bryce Canyon, and most of the trails near my home, Gooseberry Mesa, Little Creek Mesa, the JEM trail, and the Rockville Bench trail. Whew!

My Bikes

'03 Devinci Chili Pepper. It's not a top-end bike, but I'm not a top-end rider.

Favorite Trail

Gooseberry Mesa-south rim to the north rim and exit out on hidden canyon. It has a lot of up and down and is pretty technical. You won't spend much time in the saddle on this ride.

MTB Tip

Helmets work! I've tested two and they saved my melon. Oh, and the pre-glued super patches are the only way to go.
