About Me

cory scott's guestbook

Cory, I read your resume and I must say it's cool. I work with Sarge back here in CP and it's good to see other bike cops on the site. I drove through Nebraska back in '92 and I don't remember very many Mountains. If you ever get out West, bring your bike and we'll take you on some sweet trails. Be Safe Bro

MTB Resume

Favorite Thing about Mountain Biking
I am a cop and work a 12 hour shift rotation, most days I leave work frustrated and exhausted. I have dealt with rotten people and have been forced into making life changing decisions for other people. I have been assaulted, and been the target of people's everyday frustration. I am the guy that makes your bad day even worse. I have watched peoples lives begin and end. I have seen about every bad thing that can happen to a human being. But I know at the end of every shift my loyal bike is sitting there in the garage waiting to taste the dirt. I get on the saddle and forget about everyone else's problems. I feel the dirt hitting my shins, the wind blowing the earths problems off my mind and it's euphoric. A smile sweeps across my face the faster I go, I give a hoot as I hit some jumps and drops. Then I can go home to my wife and not have the work day on my mind, only a great bike ride. Any ride is a good ride, I LOVE RIDING MY BIKE!
Favorite MTB Destination
I Love Keystone CO, but also love the solitude of the Wyoming trails.
