Intermediate

I like to get on my mountain bike and just ride. After sustaining a traumatic brain injury, through the Army, I was unable to do much of anything as far as PT. After a couple of months of doing near nothing, my docs said I could ride a bike at own pace and distance or walk at own pace and distance, so I chose to start riding. 2 months later, I am still riding. HOOAH!!!
