I like to get out and ride to maintain my weight, and escape the technologically challenging day of my work. Also to ensure I am healthy enough to keep up with my 2 kids.

My enduro has been to Arkansas, StCatherines (Canada), www.raysmtb.com, My Monty has been to Charlotte NC, St.Catherines, Chicago IL, Cancun Mexico, and I have been to Vancouver Islands Hartford Dump, and the Juan De Fuca's Jump course but I had a rental bike.

2003 Monty Comp (Mod bike.... trials) 2005 Specalized Enduro FSR, Pike 454, Magura Marta SL's 2005 Gary Fisher Zaggarat Race Face cranks, all titec hardware, Marzocchi Bomber, Hayes Brakes, and other stuff I can't think of...

West Branch, Ravenna, Ohio (www.camba.us/pn) It's my favourite trail because it isn't too far from my home (45mins to 1 hour), and it offers climbs, rock gardens, and is well maintained my an IMBA affiliate, and keeps on getting better each year. My favorite winter ride is www.raysmtb.com because it has everyting to hone my skills over the winter, and no one else has it available like we do :)

Always try and ride with someone better than you. Never be the fastest rider, and you will always improve.
