Why I like to get out onto the trail... I love shear adrenaline going downhill at 50mph through a narrow fire road knowing you can kill yourself and only YOU control yourself. I'm an adrenaline junkie. I love to beat the hell out of my body physically and only when I'm battered and worn do I make myself get up and make a milkshake... LOL..
