Favorite Thing about Mountain Biking
about seven years ago i was diagnosed with arthritis in my lower back. the doctor told me that biking would be a good exercise so i purchased a bike and road it every day but i wasn't satisfied with just riding on the road. i began riding in fields and forest trails and now i love it!
