Hey, it's good to hear from another local mountain biker. I too have had a hard time locating other bikers in this area. There is one guy comming here from Iraq so that'll be another one. As far as bike shops, bikes and moore is the only good one I know of. It's off 41A in hopkinsville. It's not far from post. As far as trails go, there are some up at LBL but they are not technical at all, just long. If you're looking for technical riding (like I am) some of the better ones are about 3-4 hours away from here.
