I'm President of the Boulder Mountainbike Alliance.

Hey Mike!
Looks like you had a great time in Fruita, as did I that same weekend. Have you been to Ned yet? I had an assignment up there last week, and it looks like it's getting close!

Most incredible ride: April 1996 - Hale-Bopp is in the western sky and there's a full moon on the rise and I'm in Page, Arizona. Page sits on top of a mesa next to Glen Canyon Dam and Lake Powell and there's a 15 mile trail that circumnavigates the town. Part of this trail has slickrock, grey, brain looking stuff for free form riding. at least one golf course is on the trail as well. We started riding at 6pm and didn't stop till we found ourselves at Denny's at 230am. The moon was so bright that lights weren't necessary. Hale-Bopp's tail was twinkling in the western sky over Lake Powell. Most memorable ride ever.
