I don’t know why I love riding; I hoped on my bike 30 years ago and never stopped. I’ve slowed down every now and then, but I’ve never stopped. Maybe it’s the fresh air, or gliding along some trail, in the trees, away from all the flotsam and jetsam of modern life. I also like the semblance of shape it keeps me in.
