Well when I'm not on the bike, I'm working on them at a local cycling shop. So when I get a chance to ride my own bike with or without friends it's Awsome. Also like riding my road bike to work or for base miles.Cycling to me is a great platform to vent about anything that may have happen thru the week. Plus, a great type of workout because I rarley lift weights. It's still some form of building a "Cardio."
