Rollercoaster on Mount Benson. It has everything, downhills, drops, flats(not many), bridges, and all of it is singletrack. Fast trail with lots of berms and roots - makes your arms ache after you run it.

Always scan the trail ahead to look for potential "issues".

I have two: #1. My buddy Michael's Stag. We had it on a trail called Saturday Night Lake - a 45km epic ride through the mountains behind Jasper,AB 10 guys gathered for this event - and we all made it without injury. #2. The day my buddy Dave encountered a Wasp's nest on a trail on Doumont. He got about 5-7 bites that swelled up like nobody's business. Now even the mention of "wasp" sends him screaming and flailing his arms like a little girl.

I can fall down at will. I don't even have to be on the 'bike'.
