Off the road, on the mind...

I can't wait until mine are old enough for that...They are 3.5, 2 and 8 months. Maybe I'll be in good enough shape to keep up with them by the time they are old enought to go!

Mine are 7 (next month) 5 and 2 1/2. I got our oldest out on our mini-mountain cross course a few times last years and once on the trail. I had to show him this video to start getting him pumped for this coming year.

My son is only 10 months old, and I'm already excited to get him into riding. I've already told my wife that we're getting him a Kona Stinky 2-4. Not sure she likes that idea, but I think it's just me trying to live vicariously through my son, while at the same time, passing something on to him that he can enjoy for the rest of his life. Now it's just a matter of waiting until he's old enough to ride with me!

Thanks for all the great comments, I have told my son about the feed back...he can't wait until he can get out and show off in front of the camera again.

I try to take him out once or twice a week and his younger sister about twice a month. The key is to let them pick the pace, and remember it's their ride. They progress so fast at young ages, that in no time at all you find them trying to challenge you. My son is now 7 and on the last ride he smoked his mother!

It will not be all that long and I will be the one playing catch-up.
