The Story

I self-shot this footage with my digital camera strategically placed on a rock. Hawes trail in Mesa Arizona has miles and miles of excellent cross country singletrack. I'm riding my pride and joy, a 2006 Trek Fuel EX 9. The song you hear playing is "Going the Distance" by Cake.

I enjoyed the video and the great tune. It's kinda cool to get a sampling of desert riding. It's a heck of a lot different than my Pennsylvania riding.

Thanks for the comment. I'm currently editing another video I made riding South Mountain in Phoenix. Should be up soon...Desert XC riding is awesome.

"To love riding is to love your bike. Your bike is the stuff riding is made of." If Ben Franklin rode a mountain bike, he would have said that.
