YourMTB.com Online Contest Rules

There's no purchase necessary to enter our contests or sweepstakes. Simply follow the instructions on our Contests page to be entered.

For eligibility, your entry must be entered by midnight of the deadline date for the contest as published on the Contests page. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, misdirected or non-delivered entries. You must be 13 years or older to enter.

You must be a registered user of YourMTB.com to be eligible to win a prize, and provide accurate contact information (including postal address) if you expect to receive a prize that you have been awarded as a contest winner. Prize winner will be notified by YourMTB.com staff via e-mail and/or phone communication. If winner cannot be reached and does not respond within 2 weeks, a new winner will be chosen and the prize forfeited by the original winner.

Winners of sweepstakes-type contests will be selected in a random drawing from all entries received by the deadline. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries.

Winners of best-content contests (best photo, video, essay, etc.) will be selected by a judge or panel of judges selected by YourMTB.com from among qualifying entries correctly posted to YourMTB.com before the contest deadline date. Qualifying entries in best-content contests must be the intellectual property of the entrant. YourMTB.com will remove fraudulent entries from contest eligibility and reserves the right to ban entrant from using YourMTB.com in the future, and turning over the fraudulent entry, including contact information for the entrant, to law-enforcement authorities. The contest judge(s)' decision is final. The odds of winning depend on the quality of your entry in combination with the number of entries.

Taxes on prizes awarded are the responsibility of the winner. No substitutions will be made for prizes. Employees of YourMTB.com, Enthusiast Group LLC and members of their immediate families are not eligible. Contests are subject to all laws and are void wherever prohibited by law.

YourMTB.com assumes no liability for the products awarded, nor does if offer a warranty on any product awarded as a prize. (Some products will include a manufacturer's warranty.) Some prizes are delivered to the winner directly by YourMTB.com; other prizes may be delivered to the winner from the company that supplies the prize. In the latter instances, such companies will be forwarded the winners' contact information, and the companies may send the winners additional promotional material or advertising.
